Could I use the mobile phone with bluetooth communicate with PK with bluetooth without any wireless service? Something like Visual display. I am so stubborn to find 2 ways communications because I am deaf-blind user.
Otherwise, I must have one wireless modem card for PK socket and have a mobile phone. Yes, 2 mobile phones. Then I call the instant relay service, then relay operator will dial the number to second mobile phone. I guess it will be solved. I really hate to pay the much service charge for the 2 mobile phone. do we have any special low charge for the deaf-blind person? We will communicate very slow because of much typing than voice.
