Diane, to copy a current record to the clipboard: Press SPACE with B, [CONTROL with B], then C, and select template to be used. To paste record in clipboard: [SPACE with B], [CONTROL with B], then P. or to a different file, from the main menu, press a for address list, c for copy, enter to select the relevant file and specify new location.
