I know only certain wireless cards will work; however, I'm more concerned
with Compact Flash Cards and CF Readers....

Only a very specific set of wireless cards will work with the BrailleNote
family and the PK. There is a link (I'm sorry but I can't remember it at
the moment) on the Humanware site which lists the specific cards
supported.
