Hi paula;
Where is the title field you are talking about in the e-mail below. Sounds
like I might be able to use this method.
In the enitial field I have been puting NFB or some discriptive sometimes.
Is this what you mean?

Sherry, I'm not sure if I can explain this or not, nor am I sure this is
what you need. I use my title field as a means of searching for a group of
people. Let me go back to my "music" example. When I add an address I put
the word music in the title field. Now when I want to look up music
students, instead of going to the last name field, I move to the title
field, type in the word music and hit enter. Now I can see just the people
with the title music. To move forward through the list of people in the
music group you use space with dots 5-6: to move backward use space with
dots 2-3. If this doesn't make sense, write me off list at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] this was of some help.
God bless!
Paula and Tex
