Use the save command which is space with s (s chord) on the BT, then use
space with x to cycle until you hear word document, and then hit enter,
you will be prompted for a filename,  name that file and then you will
be prompted to open the file after saving;  I usually do press y for
yes, just to make sure my file is there.
