Hello list: In the last two or three weeks, it has become apparent that there are, in some circumstances, issues with sending and perhaps receiving email attachments using KeySoft 6.11. Because we don't want to cause unnecessary alarm or wild speculation, it is still too early in our investigation to comment on this in any intelligent manner. However, as details come to hand, I will provide clearer explanations about the issues and any possible work arounds. Thank you for your patients folks and I hope that you might be able to keep showing your continuing understanding as we continue to tweak the email client, which we recently wrote from the ground up.
We are continuing to be responsive to issues discovered in the field and I believe that the quick modifications that were put into KeySoft 6.1 after its release is clear evidence of this. Any feedback you may have regarding the sending and receiving of attachments in KeySoft 6.11 will be gratefully received.
