hello all, I have been lurking on the list for a while. And sorry to say I have not been reading all of the messages, and what I am going to ask might be an old question. But here it goes anyway. How can one go about buying a Braille note if they don't have the money at once. I don't have 4000$ all at one time to purchase a Braille note, and I don't have a credit card with a 4000$ limit either. Any ideas? Also my state will not buy it for me, because they bought me a desktop computer when I started college and they say there is no money for it. Any help would be great!
