Hi Beth,

Your second option is the correct one. Text appears, one display width at a
time, for as long as you specify. I hope this makes sense.

Subject: [Braillenote] PK demo, scrolling

Hi, all. Have the PK demo units been sent out to the regional sales reps
yet?

Not yet owning a BN, I have a question re auto scrolling. There are two
possible scenarios--which is true?

1. You put your hands on the display after activating auto scroll and
characters continuously scroll under your fingers at the speed you
designated. Or:

2. You activate active scroll, then read the first line and, after a few
seconds, again depending on the speed you chose, the next line appears in
its entirety under your fingers for that same amount of time.

Which is the case here?

Thanks, as always, for everyone's help. Beth
