Hi, List: I received my BNQT this past December and recalibrated mine in January because the accuracy count was incorrect. It worked just fine after that. I now do this every other month.
As far as the move command is concerned, I use thijs command a lot. It can cause problems when used one after the other (more than 5 or 6 times) and will require you to use the reset button in order to straighten out your machine. Now, addressing the issue of losing data, I do have that problem when I try to save attachments to another folder than email related folders. I search everywhere and cannot find the file anywhere. Also, when I try to detach an attachment, sometimes it just asks me where I want to place the file instead of asking where I want to detach or read it. Are there any ideas about this? Next, I use AT&T for my carrier and a Motorola V60I cell phone. In order to use my BNQT to check email, what do I need to do? Do I need to change phones? Can I use this phone with some kind of cable? And, when these problems are conquered, how do you use it? Are there special commands to use? Lastly, I download books from the NLS web site every few months. Can this be done using my BNQT? Or, should I keep using my laptop with a flash card drive for this particular activity? Thanks for any help. Diane Garrett/Leader Ruby
