I just completed the battery re-calibration, and it took (drum roll,
please!) 11 hours, 37 minutes.

Hi Susie,
I don't remember exactly how long it took for my VN battery to flatten,
but I think it was a little over 12 hours. I did make sure that all my
cards were out of my machine when I flattened the battery. I turned the
volume down as low as it could go, and I put it in my kitchen for the
night. <grin
