Jonathan, I agree with you that the quoting ought to be after the response. Equally bothersome is a response having no orientation to the original question or issue. Responses like "space dot 4", or "Just perform a reset" necessitates my finding the original post. Many times, I do not bother to find the original post as it is days back and deleted from my Braillenote.
