The hanging indents are already there, in the document layout list, under formatting. Tables are probably a much more complex thing to program in to Keyword. Having recently checked out a competitive notetaker whose word processor has only the most basic capabilities, I think Keyword is pretty amazing.

My friend wants to creat one. It's where the first line of a numbered list, in this case poetry, is outdented, and then the rest of a certain number of lines are indented a few spaces.
