One thing I will tell you all. I personally had to send in a BN three
times, and each and every time it was the flash disk issue. And, I lost
all data that wasn't backed up.
I know that many individuals have never had this problem, but having
experienced it on three separate occasions, trust me, it's not fun.

Hello all!

Well, there seems to be a pattern here. I just got my BN back and had
to
send it in because I could not access the flash disk. My BN worked fine
with no problems for three years. I have had error messages and
problems
with it since February, when I sent it in to be upgraded. I was
relieved
that it is still under warranty. Now that it's returned to me, my life
seems a little more organized. It sure is wise to back up everything
routinely. How many of us learn that lesson the hard way? <grin>

With a smile,
Karen
