Hello Everyone:

Perhaps a PulseData expert can attempt to answer the questions I have.

Why is it that the BrailleNote memory DOES NOT EXPAND beyond 48MB? There
are key-chain drives that hold up to 256MB or more; so why not adaptive
equipment??

Second, assuming the memory is expandable, how come I can't ADD THE NEW
MEMORY myself?? Where my work is extremely dependent on the use of the
BrailleNote, why send it to the ends of the earth for a memory upgrade? I
am able to UPGRADE the memory on my computer without shipping it to the new
world: Is something similar difficult to implement in the BrailleNote and
why?

Sorry, a ton of questions, but the education I can derive from your
responses will help me understand the issues better. Mega thanks!!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
