Hello!

I certainly didn't come up with this problem or solution. I did translate a small .brf file I had in my BN to text. I then changed the braille reading grade to grade one and bingO! I was reading grade one braille for the most part but then it may have been computer braille. Either way, any grade two file would be accessible when they are translated! This certainly makes a great deal of material available to a novice braille reader! I will ponder this further!

Khalid,
I don't know whether there are Grade I braille books on the web, but as that is basically uncontracted braille, i suggest that you either download the txt version from the web if it's available, alternatively, translate the brf file into txt on your bn and then change your default to read in grade I, otherwise even your txt file might be displayed in grade II on the fly.
