Allison,
You can tell when your BN is writing incoming e-mail with no From and no Title
as the e-mail is coming in, as it does so very very fast. So, when you note a
lightening fast e-mail download, type Space e, then Space i to halt everything.
Go to the E-mail Setup Menu and type f to free database space. Now, do a
plain reset. After the plain reset, download your e-mail. Most likely, it
will come in right.

Write back, with the results.

Sincerely,
Jerry Weinger
