Hi Braille Note Users,

I use to connect my GPS receiver, the Magellan 310, to my Braille
Note. I use to always be oriented, as a result of this lovely pair.
However, my Braille Note no longer detects the receiver. It is not
the batteries within the GPS receiver.
So, my cable is broken.
Pulse Data no longer distributes the Magellan 310, so they no longer
have these cables.
When I called Magellan, they, of course, do not know what a Braille
Note is. So I said it's like a lap-top computer. Ok. She has a data
transfer cable that can connect between the Braille Note and the
receiver; however, her literature does not describe whether the one
end has a nine-pin serial connection.
Mike May suggested that I call Magellan.
Help Help! I hope my GPS receiver has not become obsolete just
because it's two-years-old and PDI has chosen to switch receivers!
