I've never received a corrupted file. not from web-braille. I've found
that if it's corrupted, just delete and download again. that usually
helps.

I have had a couple of instances where volumes would not open on the pc but I

I think some of those files get corrupted from time to time and I am really
surprised it has not happened more often.
Interestingly a friend recommended a book to me. I went up on web braille
downloaded it and had it read in about an hour. She was filled with wonder as
she had left a voice mail message for the library for the blind to send her
the book in Braille.
I told her we had to get her into the 21st century and she groaned and said
she was too old to change.
What rubbish!
