Hi Isaac,

If you upgraded to KeySoft 4.02, then you have another version in ROM. With
the BN, the ROM version is the "base" version, if you will, and upgrades you
perform yourself run from the Flash Disk, while the version in ROM stays the
same. Your ROM image, so far, has had to be updated by PDI, but with the new
upgrade, the user will apparently be able to burn the new software package
themselves. Anyway, since you're unable to use KeyWeb, I would assume this
means you don't have 4.02 as your ROM image. As I said earlier, if you
upgraded the version yourself by downloading it from the PDI site, you don't
have the ROM image of 4.02. If you're not sure, do a Reset with [dots 1-2-3],
[S-D-F keys] held down, and the KeySoft version that comes up during the Reset
process will be the version which you have burned in ROM; to get the version on
the flash disk running again, do a simple Reset after the first Reset has
completely finished and you're at the Main Menu.

HTH,
Maria
