Hello Steve,

A simple reset should fix this problem. If not, try a 123/fds reset.

Obviously, an application such as KeyList still has the file open for some reason, even though you're not using it when trying to back up.

Subject: [Braillenote] error message when backing up files

Hi folks

I tried to backup my files today and there was the following error message: ". . . error copying file keylist.cdb file used by another process" or something like that. Whilst I was able to retry, this didn't work. I was able to finish the backup but am worried that keylist.cdb has not been backed up. I know there are 205 records in this database. Is that too many?
Anyone any ideas how I should proceed?

Thanks for any help.

Cheers, Steve
