Hi Rhonda, Sounds like you have a sticky dot. Perhaps a dot 6. Is there any way that some sort of crumb or anything else could be trapped under your dot six key? I personally haven't experienced this with my BN but it's not the hardest thing in the world to accomplish. I'm also not sure of the best way to try and remedy this if it has happened. PDI?
