Shelley, the option for adding page numbers is in the layout list under
the format menu. You have to do this for each document. My unit is a BT
so can't help you with specific commands, but this should get you
pointed in the right direction anyway.

is there a way to have the BN add page numbers to a Braille or print
file. 
I didn't find much on it, but probably wasn't looking in the right
places.
