I would try resetting the BrailleNote again.
However, if you keep getting this message repeatedly, the BrailleNote would
need to be sent back to your Pulse Data agent, as the flashdisk may need
replacing.

I own a multilingual BN 4.0, I was working on it when, whatever I did, the
display does not change. So I reset and get the message : the flash disk is
unavailable. Did that happened to someone and how can this problem be
