Q is one of the keys that doesn't work. I first noticed the problem when I was
in the main menu and b wouldn't get me into the book reader. So I opened a
Keyword document and figured out that the only keys that would work were those
in the home row, including g and h, which is weird since these aren't used in
Braille input. So I am waiting, not so patiently, for Tech support to return
my call. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Sarah

I think the BN QT is acting like it does when you are brailling a document.
A reset might get things back to normal.

You could try pressing control with g to see what the keyboard type and
braille grade in use are showing. If it shows a braille style keyboard, try
pressing q to make it a qwerty keyboard.

If that doesn't work, a call to tech support should be made.
