Rhonda, we agree with you 100%. The fact of the matter is: if you don't have a service contract, you pay about $200.00 for two updates, and that's if you download from the site, and don't have them send the Compact Flash. Our equipment already costs much much more, four thousand dollars, when a sighted person can pay five hundred dollars for their PC and receive free updates. Does that make any sense?
