You probably had to do a hard reset on your bn at some point. When you do this, you almost always loose your partnership with the pc.
What I do is to start activesync on the pc, then delete the partnership as it still exists on the pc end. Then, create a serial connection between your pc and bn with activesync and set up a new partnership. If you don't delete the old one from the pc, it can get a bit confusing when you set up the new one as it will want to give the braillenote a new name since as far as the pc is concerned, the braillenote partnership already exists even when it doesn't on the bn.
