I have Openbook 7.0. Whenever I encounter an impossible MSW file, I
convert that file to .rtf with Openbook 7.0, then I place that .rtf file in
my BN. This has worked nicely for me! This isn't possible if you don't
have a PC. I believe the Kurzweil program can do much the same thing!

Hello everyone,
Well, I tried resetting the Braille Note, to see if it would fix my problem.
However, it did not.
Whenever I try to read this one file, I get an error. It never seems to be
the same error either, which I think is just a bit odd.
Maybe this file just isn't going to work with the Braille Note. Whenever I
saved it as a text file and moved it to the Braille Note, it opened up and
stated that it had to be read in computer braille. It was written in
gibberish.
I think I might have mentioned this already. If so, then I do apologize.
Thanks for the help on this.
