I worked at such a desk for about a year and it was just shaped like a normal 
desk.  The two keyboard trays were right next to each other, facing the same 
direction.

I think I have the best setup. I have two pullout trays, which means I can 
have the braillenote beside the keyboard, and if I just want to use the 
braille note, all I have to do is slide my chair over to it, and forget the 
computer.
