Monica, I just tried this to see if I could get it to work. I went to Microsoft.com, then "more popular downloads". When that page came up I went to the search form and typed in Activesync. When the search results came up, Activesync 3.8 was the first item, and there was indeed a download button. After that, follow the prompts. Is it that you couldn't find the download button? It was right there in the paragraph extolling the virtues of 3.8. If something else is going on , speak up and we'll try to help.
