Hello Riana,

When your cursor is in the position where you need to insert the character, press backspace with 35 and search for the character by name. If more than one search result is returned, press space with n till you get to the desired character and either press enter to insert it or assign a key combination to it at this point by pressing space with k for regular use.

Subject: [Braillenote] Keystrokes for umlaut a required

Dear List,

I need to do a google search for info on a conductor whose surname
contains an umlaut a, but I don't know what the keystroke for that
character is either on a querty or Braille keyboard. Can someone please
tell me?

Thanks and regards

Riana
