Richie,

You're not seeing the Address List.klt (you won't see the extension, but it 
means KeyList Text) definition file for the Address List because the BN thinks 
of it as a "file" rather than a "document".  In the File Manager, you are 
seeing it because the view you are presented with is "List of Files".  However, 
when you choose to insert a file, the first view presented is the "List of 
Documents".  As I said, the BN doesn't think of it as a "document", so you will 
have to repeatedly press [SPACE with X], [READ with X] until you get to the 
"List of Files" view.  Then, you should see the file called Address List.  You 
won't see the extension, so you'll just see "Address List", but this is the 
file you want.  HTH.
