I cannot think of any specific reason why a web Braille book would
necessarily cause a crash.
Do you experience crashes at other times? Do you store your web braille
books on your flash disk or on a storage card?
What you might try is a warm reset with no keys held down just prior to
beginning a reading session.
However, if this problem persists, it might be a good one to bring to
the attention of Humanware technical support.

Hello all,

I've had many reading crashes with my VN. I only read Web Braille books
with my machine, so had been wondering if it was just maybe something
having to do with Web Braille.

I usually have to do a reset and then go back into the book and find my
place. Wouldn't you know? It always happens when I'm totally
interested in a book, and am busy doing something while listening. I've
been lucky in that I remember what the last few words were when the
machine hung, so I have been able to find my place easily.
