Bruce, check a couple of things. Check all entries for correctness. Pay particular attention to those entries which must be entered in computer Braille. Other grades won't work for these entries. Ask your ISP if case makes a difference.

I might add that usually the customer support at NAISP has been fairly helpful, what I believe to be a rarity with customer service throughout the industry.
