Hi Mary Ellen and list,

I just called technical support last Friday because my Braille display was 
acting up and they told me that they have more people working there  now.  
Believe it or not, my hold times have seemed to shorten in the last few weeks, 
but maybe that's just me.  Out of curiosity, why are you getting a new 
keyboard? And have you named your PK yet (grin)?
