Hi I use my Braillenote with my Index Basic D embosser. And I find that it
works just fine.

Blazer embossers.  There are probably others.  There is no setting in the BN
which asks you to set embosser type.  I haven't read embosser compatibility
problems on the list, so I'm assuming it's compatible with a variety.
Perhaps those who use their BN with an embosser can provide you with a more
specific type.
