Hi Brenda,

I'm not Laura, but here's the answer. The option under the Set-Up Options Menu
of KeyMail is a scaled-down version of the option to free database space under
the "Set-Up Options" of KeyList The one in KeyMail only frees the e-mail
database, but the one of KeyList frees that whose DDF file is selected in the
"Select KeyList file" option of the Set-Up Options menu of the Address List.
This means that you could select the E-Mail Folders DDF (in the KeyMail folder
of the Flash Disk) in KeyList, and then use the "Free Database Space" of
KeyList to free that database. BTW, in versions of KeySoft earlier than v5.1,
the "Free Database Space" option of KeyList was found right under the KeyList
Menu, but in 5.1, that option, along with the ones to select a new DDF and new
language for entry were grouped under the Set-Up Options Menu, which is a
submenu of the KeyList Menu.

HTH,
Maria
