Hi. I have done this before with limited success. I created a template,
and used the manual to do this. I don't remember what section. Anyway I
included the fields I wanted and coppied the addresses using that same
template, and some fields were still arbitrarily left out. I'm not sure if
it is something I did or what. If you have better luck with this than I
did, let me know how you did it.
