Thnnks for your help.

I am inRedwood City located in Northern California .  I use the same POP and
SMTP settings as you. I am able to connect to internet on my BN, but not
able to get email.

I have called SBC's help desk to no avail. Anything you can come up withwill
be greatly appreciated.
