This is probably to do with the fact that in that field you need to use computer Braille. On the PK you can specify which type of computer braille you want to use so for example I use American computer Braille so when it comes to writing numbers use the dropped version. With British Computer Braille I think you use the letter with a dot6 added. Hope that helps.
