Hello Derek,

Yes, because KeySoft 5 and above uses the Duxbury translator, the French grade 1 and 2 options won't be usable. However, there is a Duxbury patch that I should be able to send you once I get back to the office, that will rectify this problem.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards,

Subject: [Braillenote] KeySoft 5.1 and Existing KeySoft Multilingual

Hi,
I recently upgraded to KeySoft 5.1 from KeySoft 4.02. I previously had the KeySoft Multilingual for French, but I found that the French Braille translator did not get upgraded, and so now I am unable to read and write documents in French using either speech or Braille. What can be done about this? Thanks.

Derek
