Hi, Frank! When you receive your email into your BN, go to that particular email. Press space till you reach the attachment field. Press enter. It should ask you whether to detach or read the attachment. Press "d" for detach and follow the prompts on where you want it to go. After that, Open Keyword and go to the folder where you placed the file and enter on the filename you assigned it.
