I had a similar problem and contacted tech support.  They said to send
certain files within the planner and they would make corrections and return
the files to me and the problem would be correct when I reinstalled the
files on the Braillenote.  My Braillenote had more serious problems before I
got that problem taken care of so I don't know if it would have worked but I
would give that a try.
