If you're writing in a text document, you are unable to change computer grades. 
 A text document allows for the writing in computer Braille and computer 
Braille only.

Also, you would not be able to simply surround the email address with change of 
grade codes, even if you were in a Braille document.  If you were to try and do 
this, when you inserted the computer braille code, a grade 2 code would simply 
pop up next to it, meaning the email address would still be in grade 2.  You 
either need to change to computer Braille, rewrite the email address, then 
delete the original one using the block command or, if you have version 5.0, 
surround the email address with block markers, enter the block menu, hit g to 
change the grade for that block and press c for computer Braille.
