Terri,
I don't like to see intelligent people belittle themselves at the end of
their messages. It's not necessary.
A spreadsheet is abusiness calculator. It's used to show what you spent,
how you spent it and how it all relates. It's a very sophisticated ledger.
It's a nice feature for businesses. Most people don't need one, but the
Elba(pda from a competitor.) has one! You can do so many, many things with
a spreadsheet and you can relate them. for instance if you had a hundred
renters, you could graph how many are paying $1500 a month, how many are
paying $2500 a month etc etc and you can total it all up and on and on and
on. It can be like an economic projection. Frankly, I would never look at
one. You can make pie graphs of it and on and on and on. the program
Excell might be considered a spreadsheet and yet it can be a database as
well although an economical one. Access is the real database for Microsoft
office.

Can someone tell me what a spreadsheet is? What do you do with them and why
would it be a good feature for the BN to have?
Excuse me for being so dumb!
