Hi Lisa,

I would just add one little thing to Rhonda's message.  It doesn't hurt the 
BrailleNote to do a lot of resets.  Sometines I get several hundred Emails at a 
time, and in order to go through them all a little more quickly, I read a 
batch, delete or move them, empty trash, free database space and do a reset.  
This sometimes means doing ten or fifteen resets a day, and this hasn't done a 
bit of damage to my BN.  I'm sorry nopt to bae able to address any of your 
other issues, and I hope you get them resolved soon.
