Yes, I've seen this happen at school! I have to fix these sorts of problems,
and the fix is to reset with no keys held down.

Subject: [Braillenote] Braillenote behaving badly

I mainly use my Braillenote as a note-taker. I went to look for a phone
number today and the BN is responding very slowly. I have a refurbished
Braillenote and mainly work with the Braille display. When I enter a
character or a command, it takes maybe two seconds to respond. If I write a
word, it takes between one and two seconds for each letter to come up on the
Braille display. I love my Braillenote and have grown very attached to it.
Any suggestions?

Sherri
