Thank you for making it even more specific.  I know what "establishment" means. 
 Actually, while reading that word used in this situation, it sounds a little 
bit funny.  Why?  That word is usually to do with schools founded by someone!  
But I knew she (Mary Ellen) meant "place"!  Smile.  And, as for "certain 
command", that only did not make sense because it meant nothing to me.  That is 
why I needed more explanation to what she meant by that!  It just did not sound 
anything to me.  That is why.
