To answer your question: No, Beyond Sight DOES NOT SELL the BrailleNote. They do sell a lot of Freedom Scientific product lines though. I asked why they quit selling the BrailleNote--lousy tech support was the response I got!! In a way, that's kind of true at least with my experience!! Before purchasing the BrailleNote, I spent many sleepless nights doing a real comparison analyses between the Braille Lite Millennium and the BrailleNote. I liked the implementation of several features of the BrailleNote. Although the Pulsedata-Humanware rep in the Denver Metro Area is a great guy, he can't CHANGE THE BATTERIES without shipping it out to the ENDS OF THE EARTH if you get my drift, <smile>!! I still contend that distributors should be trained to CHANGE BATTERIES in regions and or locales where they are, and, one would only have to ship it in for HARDWARE maintenance!!
