Thanks, Laura. That's pretty much what I do now. If we ever get macro
capability, one could have it check for two spaces and replace with one
then do this repeatedly until no more are found.
Another way might be to have some kind of a repeat filter like in the
screenreaders. If it saw 15 spaces, it would filter them out and just
replace them with one space.
Something for the future<grin>.

The easiest way to get rid of that spacing is to manually edit them out
yourself. Just open the files in keyword instead of keybook and change the
formatting as you wish, most likely by putting a "top of block" marker at
the beginning of the large extent of spacing and then navigating to the end
of it and deleting the block.
