Well, when I bought this, I didn't want anything to do with putting ocr software anywhere near any computer whatsoever. This list is no place for me to tell my experience with that sort of thing because it would be totally badmouthing the work some other people have done. I wanted a machine I could turn on get my bills and the like read and get them written out and off my desk and this is what I have with the ScanAr.
